Some may take longer depending on current order volume.
Orders placed on Thursdays are usually delivered the following Monday.

An order is considered lost only after 20 days past the ETA.
If you haven’t received your package within 60 days from dispatch, please contact us with:

• The missing items

We need these details to assist you properly.

🔁 Why Was My International Package Returned? 📮

International packages may be returned for reasons such as:

• Unpaid customs/tariffs

• Incorrect address

• Unclaimed at the post office

If returned, we’ll contact you — reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

  We’ll resend your correct order at no additional shipping cost.
